When I was planning our first trip to Disney World, I scoured the shelves of Barnes and Nobles looking for the best book to help me plan.I spent hours (literally) reading and studying the books that they had there.And this one was my FAVORITE because it is bright, packed full of information, and has TONS of pictures.So, I bought it.
The book is written for Kids and has comments BY kids on rides and stuff to do in the parks.Each ride or show is reviewed and there is generally a note from a child about what they thought of the ride as well.The rides are graded to tell you which ones are the best and should not be missed and which ones are a good option if you have extra time.The book also gives warnings if a ride is "scary, dark, rough, loud or wet"...which definately helps when you have little ones.Also, to help you plan, the book tells you which ones have the magic pass option and tons of other tips.
There are strategies to get the most done in the parks with the least amount of time.And if inclined, there is even an autograph section that you can have the characters sign in :0)
If you have kids and are planning your first Disney world trip, get this book!It is worth every penny!

We get a new one of these every few years for the updated info. They are an excellent source of up to date Disney info.
this is one of our favorite books. the kids actually look at it all year long.

I would never even think to look for a book like this. What a great idea! When it comes to kids it is really nice for them to be prepared for a trip and have some idea of what they may want to see. It is also great for a parent to see what rides may be a little too much for them. Now I know what to do when we plan our first family trip. Thanks!
sounds interesting...i just went to disney world and it was great but wish i had this book too!

Sounds like I need to get this for future reference. My husband is dying to go back. But since our baby is only 4.5mo old it wont be anytime soon.
I have bought their regular books for years and pass them on to friends when I am done. They can be real lifesavers. I was not aware that there was a book just for kids. At this point my kids know the parks and all the good stuff but for people going for the first few times, this would be a must read. I will recommend it to friends.
