I have been using the Bissell Little Green Machine for about a year now. I find this machine to do a great job. It lifts all kinds of stains and spots on carpet. I have a pet and have used it many times to clean up a pet accident and it easily does the job with great results. You can purchase different cleaners to add to the machine, I really like that feature. You easily fill the tank with cleaner to the line marked and then add water to the second line marked. The tank snaps easily into to place and you are ready to go. It comes with about a three foot house and the head has brush bristels on it. Spray the trigger and the cleaner comes out, scub with the brush a little and while doing this the suction draws the stain out of the rug and into another tank located on the other side of the machine. This tank also snaps off easily and can be empited and cleaned and put back in place. I really am happy with this product.
