I have used a lot of vacuum cleaners in my time and I've never really been happy with any of them until now. I have two cats, one of them being long-haired, and three birds. Needless to say I have a lot of dust, dander and pet hair in my house and on my furniture. My Husband bought me the Bissell Pet Hair Vacuum for Christmas (because I told him to). The first time I used I was amazed at how much it picked up and disgusted because my old vacuum was leaving an enormous amount of dirt behind. Not only is it good for pet hair but I use when my Husband and I get haircuts at home. The Bissell has onboard attachments that are very easy to use right when you need them. The front of the vacuum has a flip down lint roller that makes sweeping up hair even easier. There is a lever under the canister that just pushes to the side and the canister comes out easily to be dumped. There are also three filters on the vacuum that help out with dust, one above the canister, a washable pre-motor filter, and a Hepa air fliter on the side. There is also an extension wand, a 2 way brush attachment, a hose wand extension, crevice tool, power brush attachment, and my favorite, a rubber brush attachment to get pet hair off of your furniture. I will never buy another brand of vacuum over the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser! I love it!
