The Black and Decker Quick and Easy Food Processor is probably one of the best food processors I have ever owned. Mostly for its ability to do the job quickly and the cleaning is a snap.

It has three functions. One is slicing andone is shredding and the other is chopping. If you put the one blade into the machine you can slice most any vegetable very easily. I like doing this especially for potatoes for a number of my main dishes. You can turn this blade over and then you can grate cheeses and vegetables. Or you can remove the blade from the post altogether and put the chopping blade into the processor to chop and make salsas or fine puree to add to your recipes. It also has 2 speeds and a pulse action. I like the pulse action because when you're getting to the end of the chopping phase, sometimes there are pieces that have not chopped so you push pulse quickly until it's completely chopped to your satisfaction.

The clean up is great too. All the parts can be removed from the base and put into your dishwasher for thorough cleaning.
