I won't even consider a coffeemaker brand that doesn't have an automatic shut-off feature anymore, having learned my lesson the expensive way with constant coffeemaker replacements. I can set the Black & Decker 12 Cup Coffeemaker to brew my coffee mild to strong, and it's dishwasher safe, so cleaning the pot and filter basket is easy. The Black & Decker Programmable 12 Cup Coffeemaker gets high scores from me.
