I love my Black & Decker trimmer.I have a very large backyard that requires trimming.If I had to use an electric trimmer I would have to use several extension cords all connected together to reach everywhere I need to trim.I love this trimmer because it is lightweight, only 7 pounds and it is very easy to handle.It has a self advancing trimming cord. When you need to replace the supply of cord it is very easy to do. A bonus for this model is that with one flip you can turn this trimmer into an edger.I have the charger mounted on the wall.When I am finished trimming, I simply slide the trimmer onto the charger and it's ready and waiting for next time.I have owned this trimmer for two years and I have never had any problems with it.I would highly recommend this Black & Decker trimmer.
These really are great. I miss mine. We moved to country grounds that require something industrial to cut though the thicket.
The gas ones were so long and awkward that they make my wrists ache. This might be the ticket. The rechargeable stuff is so much better than it was a few years ago. Thanks!
I wish ours was light and easy to use--maybe I'd use it more!
