Remembering the old school hand vacuums I was not very excited to buy this one. Most hand vacuums are worthless and don't pick anything up. My mother in law kept telling me this one was different. I have a bird and have bird seed flung everywhere and everyday. So I thought, if this really works, then it would be perfect. I was pulling out my large vacuum and connecting the hoses and disconnecting the hoses almost five times a day.

I brought this home, charged it up and used it for the first time. I was thrilled. It sucked up all the bird seed and the dog hair with ease. That made things a lot easier for me. It has a base that can be hung on the wall. I hung it near the bird cage, and now when ever I see a mess, I just grab it and clean up in a few minutes. No cords to unwind, no attachments to get out. It works well and has almost the same power as my large vacuum does. I would defiantly recommend this item to anyone, specially if you have animals of any sort. They all make messes and this makes cleanup a snap.
