I love to bake. It doesn't matter if it's cake, muffins, pies, cookies, etc., I love to bake them! One of the most important things to have when you are baking to make sure the ingredients get mixed very well is a mixer. Enter the Black and Decker PowerPro Mixer. I received this as a gift from my mother as one of many apartment warming gifts when I moved out on my own.

This mixer comes equipped with five different speed levels to guarantee the proper mixing of your ingredients, plus a "power boost" button to give your mix that extra blast of power! An aspect that this mixer has that I feel sets itself apart from other mixers is that it has an attached spatula piece on the side of one of the mixer blades that scrapes the sides of the bowl as you go. I think this is definitely helpful for the thicker mixes that can get stuck to the side of the bowl at times.

If you are into baking at all, and are looking for a good mixer then I would definitely recommend the Black and Decker PowerPro. You can not go wrong with this mixer, especially under $25!!
