Black Decker Quick 'N Easy Plus Food Processor By Rae777 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I use a food processor for a lot of things from cooking to preparing foods for canning or freezing. When my old one quit working I knew with summer coming so would fresh vegetables and the need for a new processor come. I found the Black & Decker Quick 'N Easy Plus Food Processor at Walmart for twenty nine dollars.

The Black & Decker Quick 'N Easy Plus Food Processor features:

-a 450-watt motor

-an 8-cup container

-The settings are high, low, pulse

-has a blade that slices and shreds

-Has a chute to send vegetables to the bowl or you can use the guard to keep it in the processor container

-has a storage lid to store food in the container

This is a good processor but it could be better. When the chute is open so the food can go into a bowl some does go in the bowl but some goes into the container but that's not a huge concern for me. Also the removable parts are suppose to be dishwasher safe but one person online has commented that it melted in their diswasher. I handwash mine so that's not a problem for me either. However, I would prefer a larger capacity cup on this processor. Eight cups may sound large but there are times when I am processing something with liquid where a larger container would be helpful.
