This is an inexpensive kitchen tool that is worth its weight in gold! I have been using the Black and Decker for nearly two years now, and I am simply amazed at how well it continues to perform. I bake a lot of homemade bread - often two loaves a day - and this knife is my official bread cutter. It really does a good job, too!

The handle on this knife is very comfortable to hold, even for extended periods of time. The knife does not vibrate very much, if at all. Homemade bread is notoriously difficult to slice, especially when it's hot, and I could not manage without my Black and Decker EK700. I have also used it to slice meats such as turkey breast, ham, and roast beef, and it does an excellent job of cutting these as well. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is in need of a basic electric knife.
