I received the VersaBrew as a christmas gift.You receive the 12 cup carafe, carafe lid, brewing station, and instruction manual.The machine is very user friendly and quite versatile.I have used it to brew both coffee and tea.The benefits of this machine include the generous carafe which holds more than enough copy for couple or if you are holding a party.I also enjoy the Interrupt feature which allows you to pour a cup of coffee or tea before the brewing is done and because you have the automatic drip feature you do not have to worry about burnt liquid on the warming element.I also like that the carafe and the lid can be put in the dishwasher for easy clean up.You can also indicate whether you would like your coffee brewed mild to strong.I also like that this machine has a clock which allows you to preprogram it and have your hot beverage in the morning without the set up.It allows me to save those precious morning minutes.All and all I give this machine a thumbs up and a great time saver.
