Black Knight Dvd By ArmySister on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

If you are looking for a day or night of constant laughs, you should count on watching the movie "Black Knight" starring Martin Lawrence. I feel like this is one of the funniest (and cleanest) movies Martin Lawrence has starred in during his career. Lawrence stars as a theme park employee at a park called Medieval Times. However, after an accident at work, Lawrence wakes up in the 14th Century. No longer is all of the people/props in costume or made up. It is the REAL medieval world. He must then figure out how to survive during this time, and he does it in a hilarious manner.

I must admit that I envisioned this movie being one of those "stupid funny" movies, but it isn't. It is truly funny in its own right. I have not ever watched this movie and not laughed to the point that I got tears in my eyes. Watching Lawrence's antics never fails to put a smile on my face. It is a genuine delight. The Outtakes section on the bonus features are just as funny as the movie. They too are very enjoyable. The only thing I really don't like about this movie is the language. I think the story line would be quite entertaining to a younger audience also, but because of the language, I have not allow my young children to watch it.
