I like the phone for the contact and calender features. Easy to back up on the computer and enters your contacts and appointments, tasks directly into MS Outlook. I have had the phone for 4 months and am on my second phone. The problem with I have with this phone is dust gets behind the screen. My current phone has developed the dust just like the first one. AT & T replaced the first one no problem. There is a one year warrant on the phone. You can not buy insurance for the phone.

I currently donot use the email option. I had tried the internet feature but the web pages were to compact and difficult to work your way around the web sites. With practice most likely it would get easier.

I really like the phone, I wish it was sealed better to prevent the dust from collecting behind the screen.
