Blackberry Curve 8310

I was excited to own the Blackberry Curve 8310 but my excitement was very short-lived.I have friends that are owners of the Blackberry Curve 8310 and I had seen and heard about all of the great things that they could do with their phone.Just getting use to all of the features of the Blackberry Curve made the phone a little difficult to use at first but after a reasonable adjustment period I was very pleased with all of the features.Cell phone reception was as good as anyother phone but the battery-life was shorter than other phones that I had owned.After I had owned the phone for just a little over a month the "rolling ball" fell out of the phone and the phone could not be repaired.I did have an extended warranty but the deductible was almost as much as another phone.I am an adult 50 year old woman user and the Blackberry Curve was never dropped or abused. The Blackberry Curve was always kept in a case and clipped to the inside of my purse when not in use.It was never left in a hot or cold automobile or dropped.I was very disappointed in this purchase.
