The blackberry dash was available roughly two years ago.I have had it for a year and a half and personally it's alright. While it's not the iPhone, it does what I need and provides me with quick technology and a sleek and light weight exterior.Being a smart phone it offers internet access, email, games, a camera, a video recorders, text messaging, pix messaging and much more.I have replaced the phone twice. {so i have had 3 models} it DOES cause some problems but doesn't every phone.I use T-mobile and the service is decent. The battery life is good. i charge it over night and in the morning it has full battery {4 bars}. that will last about 2 days. i have learned that charging it to often will cause the phone battery itself to expand like a balloon, thus making it broken.powered by windows- so yes it is reliable
