Black Berry Storm By Cian Cooke By Cian Cooke on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have used this phone many times and i must say, compared to the iphone, it is a phone suited for a businessman, which are the people blackberry are targeting. It costs about $200-$500 dollars depending on where you buy from and although its far from the iphone, it is a very likeable phone!
It has GPS, world roaming capabilities and a 3.2 megapixel camera. In blackberrys rush to release a touchscreen phone, they overlooked minor bugs and performance issues which stop it from reaching its full potential, such as sluggish performance and a cramped touchscreen keyboard. It can also "do the iphone thing" where you turn it for a full keyboard. It is surprisingly good when it comes to photos and videos, giving a vivid display. I was also amaze to find an 8GB micro sd card in it when i bought it!
In my opinion, this blackberry was trying to be too much like the iphone, but failed. Apart from this, it is a great phone. Im sure they will succeed creating a brilliant touch screen phone in the nearby future!
