Blackberry? Whats all the hype!

I recently purchased the Blackberry pearl in Black. When I pulled it out of the box, I ws like wow, this is very nice, so I preceeded to set it up. What I foud very difficult is the way that you write text messages. It was very difficult for me until I got the hang of it. (which I thought I never would) I appreciated its email features, and the size. One thing that irritated me was the icons that served as menu items. Instead of pushing a button for a menu the icons were plastered all over the screen. I like to have a background picture, but I could hardly see it. When I played certain games on my phone it used to freeze, and on top of that it took like 3 to 5 minutes to load when you turned it on or off. On occasion the phone would just freeze with a small hourglass timer showing when you were'nt even using the phone. This phone has completely given me the flux. The only thing good I have to say is that the camera quality is excellent, so ther than that, I would reccomend the blackjack... an excellent product!!
