I work nights and was always tired and crabby because of the lack of sleep.I tried hanging blankets, pull down shades even cardboard to block out the sun so I could sleep. I am so glad I found these Black out window shades.

I installed them myself!All you need is a pair of scissors.They come in various sizes, even for patio doors!
Just cut to fit.They attach to your window with hook and loop tape.The fabric is 2-sided, black for inside and white faces outside to reflect the light.They also come white on white.

sounds awesome, i've got some blackout curtains except some sun still manages to come in at the top of the curtains. i'm very happy with the blackout curtains I have but this seems better created to block out all light. maybe i'll try it for my other rooms some day just to save more money on my heating and cooling bills.
