I love this phone & am actually writing this review from my new Blackjack! We moved to an area where our original phone company could no longer host us so they canceled our contract which worked out great for us. We compared prices & plans on letstalk.com & through rebates we actually made $100 off of our new phones & also got free shipping. (Just a note, if you go through upromise.com you get back $24.) Okay so back to the phones, you can stores lots of files on the additional mini sd card thus, we have lots of songs in our library. We are able to text with ease with a fully qwerty pad, although if you have big fingers you may hit the wrong buttons. There is internet access which is of course how I'm writing this now. I also check my email through my phone & you can program it to show new messages on the main screen. The connection is fine considering we live in the boonies. There is a camera & video recorder that takes amazingly clear photos. You can also customize your phone numbers with a pic & song for each person. There are so many things that I am still learning about this phone. Unfortunately, the instructions were not very detailed so you really just have to play with your phone to get to know everything. I am not very tech friendly so I do need to get assistance from my husband often. If you are someone who's always on the go, this is definitely a phone you should look into.
