Reviewing: Bliss Poetic Brow Sugar Wax
Purchased at: Nordstrom     Price: $40.00 USD

I get my eyebrows professionally waxed once every other month.I love to use Bliss Poetic sugar wax of those little touch ups between professional wax jobs.

Bliss poetic smells sweet. It is a cold wax that goes on smoothly. You barely have to use any and if you mess up you just take a little water and it comes right off.

The kit comes with a reusable spatula to apply the wax.It does not come with eyebrow shapers to assist in the application. If you do not have a line to already follow from getting your eyebrows done professionally I would not recommend just applying the wax and hoping for the best.

There is a post waxing calming balm that supposedly slows down hair growth. It does work to ease the post waxing pain, as for actually slowing down hair growth, I am not so sure about that.

If you want a brow wax for touch ups between salon visits this works and you will not be disappointed!

Oh wow...I dunno about waxing my own eyebrows! I will leave that up to the professionals. Although I'm glad you seem to be able to use it well...I would be WAY too nervous!

I stick to my tweezers, Just can;'t get into ripping that wax off. My skin is so sensitive I would probabl ywalk around with red marks for a week!! Thanks for sharing your experience with this in-between professional waxing.

I would be afaid I would rip the whole brow off. I am not too good at that! I wish I was though. It would save me some money!

This sounds like it would be a good answer to between-salon visits. I've never done my brows, but have had really bad experiences self-waxing, er, elsewhere. Thanks for sharing your experience with this product!

Wow never heard of this, but going to try it. Sounds like it works well between professional visits. Didn't hear you mention pain either, thats a good sign!

Does it hurt? I have always wanted to have my brows shaped but never tried it yet. I would be intersted in something like this to use in between visits.

This sounds interesting -- but I'd be worried about messing up! I just leave it for my stylist. I love Bliss products though!
