Block Sorter Looks Strangely Familiar... By Rancosto on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When I first saw Block Sorter, I immediately thought of Tetris. The graphics looked very similar, so I thought it would be a similar game. Well, I was wrong: it is not just similar, it is almost exactly the same. Colored blocks of traditional Tetris shapes keep falling down, and you have to put them together in rows, which will disappear as soon as each row is completed. The only difference is that you have the option of playing not just one but two or even three games simultaneously. Another slight difference is that you use the X and Z keys to rotate the blocks, but that's almost too insignificant to mention.

I found playing multiple games too distracting, so I ended up playing regular Tetris. Since I like Tetris, overall, I can say I enjoyed Block Sorter, it gives a decent playing experience. However, I expected something more creative.
