My mom loves beautiful bakeware. She also loves flowers and gardening, so when I saw this, I bought it right away for her. I knew she would make good use of it and it looked like excellent quality.

It is constructed from carbon steel. This heavy-gauge material allows for even heat distribution. It has silicone grips for easy handling. It has a non-stick surface. Cakes come out cleanly when my mom bakes with this and she doesn't notice any spots that are unevenly cooked. To care for this mold, my mom handwashes it to ensure its longevity.

The product information says the pan is 10 inches (24 cm). I took my own measurements which include the handles. It measures 12 inches wide and 11 inches high. The depth is a little under 4 inches. Due to its size, it holds more than one box of the average cake mix.

My mom really likes this fluted pan. She made a cheery and yummy, lemon cake with this and you could clearly see the flower shape.
