My husband likes to treat himself to Blue Bunny ice cream without the added sugar. One of his favorite treats is a Vanilla Sundae Cone. There are six cones to a box, sweetened by Splenda.
These cones are made of no sugar added reduced fat vanilla ice cream placed in a no sugar added cone and topped with chocolate dipped in peanuts and cone pieces. They really are good, having a nice, tasty flavor.
Each cone has 240 calories, 13 grams of total fat, 15 mg of cholesterol, 110 mg of sodium, 30 grams of total carbohydrates, 4 grams of sugar and 5 grams of sugar alcohol.
Blue Bunny has come up with some really good-tasting ice cream under the Sweet Freedom name. My husband enjoys these treats very much, and occasionally I will even try one, though I like to save them for him since he's diabetic.
