It comes with a cd, but program does not work on Windows Xp. have to download widcomm driver to make it work.
YOu can connect your mobile phone with bluetooth usb to your pc and do the following:

-Send and receive email
Browse the web
-Synchronise with a bluetooth enable PDA

The hardware is compatible with windows vista and when conencted to linux OS, no program is need to be installed, it is detected automatically and ready to work
It is small and to know if it is working there is a green light which flashes indicating connection in process.
