Bluetooth Usb Adapter By Georgia Sawhook on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I purchased the Bluetooth USB 2.0 adapter when I had my Tungsten E2 Palm Pilot hand held. I wanted to be able to access the internet with it. After I installed it, I found that it wasn't as easy to use as I had thought it to be.

It came with a CD which I used to install the software. It is supposed to help you connect to the internet, send and receive email, browse the web, Synchronize with a Bluetooth enabled PDA (which I had), hook up to an office network, communicate with other Bluetooth devices etc.

I just found it a little more difficult to use than I had first anticipated. The range wasn't as far as it promised (328 feet). I couldn't even access it from my living room. So for me it was a waste of money and time. Besides that within a year my Palm hand held had a hardware issue and didn't work any more. Another waster of $200.00. PS. Always remember to buy the extended warranty on any costly electronic device. :)
