Blue Tooth...Not For Me By Gayle Parks on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
When I got my new cell phone the salesman talked me into a BlueTooth. I usually don't fall for the high pressure sales tactics but this time it sounded reasonable and it seemed like something that I would actually use so I said okay and took it. Now, it did lay around for awhile before I read the manual and got it set up, but I did finally get it done. I will say it was easy to set up and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. Clear, easy to understand instructions are a must when you get old like me. Anyway,I got it set up and was woefully disappointed. I tried to use it while talking to my daughter but found that I just could not hear what she was saying and ended up picking up the phone out of frustration. Maybe it is just my old ears but BlueTooth technology just isn't for me. If you have really good hearing then maybe this would work for you but if not I advise you not to bother with it.
