Body And Soul Magazine By DiaperDivaMama on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I recently picked up my second copy of Body and Soul magazine while shopping at Target. I enjoyed the last issue I purchased earlier this summer and wanted to read through another one. So far, I've been pleased with a couple of aspects of the magazine. The first is that (so far) they are not repeating the same material over and over, like many women's magazines available today. It seems like everything we see tells us how to please a man, how to fix our hair, and how to look like our favorite stars. This was a refresing change! There are articles on health, insomnia, and decluttering, but not the same topics every month having just a change in the title. There is real, new information.

I was also pleased that the cover of the magazine isn't the slick, glossy paper of most magazines. It's a more environmentally friendly cover that will be easy on our recycling system. Little things add up!
