Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness
By MJEvans onBolthouse Farms Green Goodness is a smoothie drink filled with nutrition. It's made with a variety of juices such as apple, pineapple, mango, banana, and kiwi. Added to that are ingredients such as: spirulina, odorless garlic, green tea, spinach, broccoli, wheat grass, barley grass, echinacea and much more.
It has a very sweet taste, though not too sweet. Some people may find its green coloring a turn off. I've had many comments of "gross" when people saw me drinking it.
We typically don't get enough fruits and vegetables in our diets. This is a great, flavorful way to add them in. A 1 liter bottle contains approximately 4 servings of fruits and vegetables. Even just drinking one a day is a great way to get some nutrition that you might not normally be getting or even may be lacking in your diet.
