Book-It Program Great for HomeSchooling

I remember when I was a kid and I participated in Pizza Hut's Book It program.Since I loved to read I got plenty of coupons for a free pizza.The program is even better today.

I found out on one of the forums I attend that Book It supports Home Education and will allow Home Schooling families to enroll.I signed up my daughter and received my kit promptly in the mail.It got a teacher's guide, reading sheets, pizza coupons, and a website address to print out more forms if I need them.For instance, I can go to the website and print out a Book Review form, Reading Contract, Story map, or monthly reading minutes chart.

It is hard to get my daughter to read.This program has been a lifesavor.I mean, what kid doesn't like pizza?I found that my daughter will do the reading with much less of a fuss when she has an end goal (prize) to look forward to.

This program gets an A+!
