I used the boppy when I was nursing my kids and really liked this product because it was comfortable and provided support for the baby when I was nursing. When using it, I did need a foot stool or something under my feet to help elevate the position, though. The one I had did not have a slipcover and I gave it a 3 on cleaning because it was not easy to clean. My other problem is that the fabric was not durable and ended up ripping - although this was after many uses. Boppy now makes a naked pillow and you can purchase additional slipcovers for it, plus the slipcover is better because you can clean it easier.

Not only did I use this pillow for nursing, but I could set it on the floor and rest the baby's back/neck on it. I usually only used it for this when I was taking pictures, though.
