Bostitch Standard Staples By Karen on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Bostitch Standard Staples are the brand my husband and I use most often in our staplers. There are 5000 chisel point staples to a box, and they are for use in any standard stapler.

Each strip contains about 210 staples, and unless you are doing an awful lot of stapling, a box of 5000 should last a while. I know it does for me. I love to keep my papers organized, and stapling documents together when I have more than one is a great way to keep things together. The Bostitch staples I currently use are of heavier construction, and they hold my documents together very well. A staple remover is needed to remove them, because once they are in, they stay in.

At one time I used a cheaper staple, and I could see the difference. The staple was of thinner construction and did not hold my documents together as well as the Bostitch brand, plus I would experience more jamming of my stapler with a cheaper quality brand of staple.

Whenever I run out of staples, I intend to stick with the Bostitch brand. For me, they are the best.
