Bosu Balance Trainer
By Alex Whynot onI've owned a Bosu Balance trainer for over a year now. The design is great for developping core strength and balance. I highly recommend it for athletes who want to succeed in their sport.
The Bosu is very easy to assemble. This item comes with an Air Pump, Assembly Instructions and also a booklet with excercises that can be done on the bosu.
In most sports balance is very important as well as developping your body to be able to perform at high levels with high intensity. Regular weight workouts don't always developpe your balance but ushually focus apon just muscle strength. The Bosu is oftenly used to lift weights on. As you lift weights, do medicine ball work, or even do squats, standing on the bosu will challenge your body to stay in balance. This means you're getting more then you would in your regular work out.
I often use the Bosu to get foot speed and core strength, just jogging on the spot while on the Bosu will give you a good cardiovascular workout, core strength work out and balance work out. The Bosu is also very good for your joints. Walking on the bosu is like walking on a sandy beach. The Bosu can be filled to the resistance you desire.
This is a very good product and i hope you consider to buy one for yourself.

This is one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment. There are so many things you can do on it. My favorite is turn the ball upside down, holding on to the side of the plastic base and doing jump push ups.
