bosu ball

I am a physical therapist so I know a lot about exercise and fitness.I really like my new bosu ball trainer, you can do so many different things with it.I know how important it is for core strengthening and the bosu ball is all about that.You cando aerobic traninig, core strengening, and balance traning for any sport you just have to be creative.I have had 2 knee surgeries so my knees cant take alot of extra stress, but I noticed with the bosu ball trainer it takes a lot of stress off my knees and makes me use my core muccles.I would recomend the bosu ball trainer for anyone loking for an intersting and unique workout for the entire body, for all ages and for kids training for specific sports.
