Bowfles Classic

I had this machine for about 4 years now and i really love it o i kept it.The bowflex classic comes with a boo with a nutrition plan but then again what home gym doesn'tthese days and it also comes with a exercise book with like 100 different exercises that work every muscle in your body including your brain because some of them are a little tricky to figure out. The resistance bands that it comes with have a lifetime warranty even if its your fault so if you decide to drive over them with your car they'll still replace them. Ive kind of worn mine out from leaving them on the hooks but that's another story for another time. Anyway it comes with 110 pounds of resistant on each side for a total of 210 pounds of resistant.(one 5,two 10's,one 30,and one 50 pound weight on each side.)Besides all the exercises that they give you i do pull ups and chin ups on the top of the bowflex. The downside to this is its kind of bulky but that isn't really a problem if you have your own exercise room.
