My gym just got one of these, and I love it!!!! I'm sure you've all seen the commercials. This is a combination stairmaster/treadmill. It's easier on your joints and gives you a more intense workout than a treadmill alone. I really didn't believe the commercials until I tried it myself. It was difficult to use at first because it takes a lot of coordination but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy. Now let me start by saying that I am a runner. I run at least 6 days a week. I figured this machine was going to be a piece of cake. I have never been more wrong. In 10 minutes I was sweating more and breathing harder than I ever do running. And that was on the easiest level!! It's almost like walking in sand so you're really working all of your muscles at once. They say you burn twice as many calories as a treadmill and I believe it. It is an amazing workout and I can feel a difference when I'm done. If you ever get the chance to try one I would recommend it.
