Bowflex Ultimate By billtkatt on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have always wanted to try a Bowflex, and had the chance to purchase this about a year ago. I was amazed on how easy it was to move, and not having weights it is fairly light.

I was also skeptical about the bows being effective, but after working out on this i was amazed! The resistance is good and you have the same feel of freeweights as you steady the lift.

This has every excersize i need with the leg attachment that came with this unit. I also like how the leg press and rows are available for this.

The only thing that may turn people away from this, is the fact if you wish to change your excersize. You have to get up and move some cables, add some attachements, etc. This only takes a couple minutes and i really don't mind, but if you don't want to do this, then i recommend the new system that has the plates instead.

It doesn't take up much room and you are able to fold this unit up and put it in a corner if you so desire. Mine is in my basement so it's up at all times.

Again this is worth the price and you will see results by using this unit!
