Bradford Exhange

I absolutely love the Bradford Exchange collections. The styles are wonderful and very detailed. They have wonderful pictures on each one of different things such as angels, Thomas Kinkade, humming birds, or even you guessed it butterflies. They all came to me in perfect condition without any chipped or broken pieces. The butterflies came with their certificate of authenticity. These items must be extremely popular, because everytime I have pre-ordered anything I haven't recieved it. Instead I recieve a letter in the mail months later stating that the items have been sold out due to high orders. Otherwise this company is wonderful and I would and will continue to order from this company. I will also reccomend the Bradford Exchange to other people.
I am very dissatisfied with the Bradford Exchange. I ordered the Daughter Present Pendant and my check cleared in October; it is December 12,2008 and I have yet to see my order. I have called many times and get a customer service from India. Not too happy. I ordered the pendeant for my daughter in Texas in October; the middle of October. I have to Fedex her gift by Friday. So that leaves me with having to buy her something else. I have made many attemps to ind outr where the box is but because it is too small to have a tracking number no one can tell me where it is. In this time of making the dollar stretch $135.00 is a lot to just not know where it is. And I have given the appropriate 15 business day delivery I have ordered from here beore and was very pleased.
