My daughter got the Bratz sew stylin sewing machine last christmas and I was not impress at all. I know that this is designed for kids and its not a regular machine but I would at least thought it would sew. We spent 3 hours putting it together as it was very difficult to do. By that time she was ready to go. We put the little fabric in place and nothing. The motor worked the bobbins were in the right positions and the needle did nothing. So we took it back apart and started over. I still could not get the darn thing to work so I told my daughter that I would take it to my friends craft store and see if she could get it going. Well she finally got it going and was giving my daughter some miner lessons on how to use a sewing machine and the thread kept bunching up. I finally told Natalie that I would ask grandma to take it back and I would just buy her a cheap adult one. When my mother in law took it back to Target she was not alone in the return lane. I would not recommend that you buy this. Spend a little more and get that fashion diva the real thing.
