Bravo, Delta By Rachel Dellaposta on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I recently flew for the first time on Delta Airlines. I flew from Columbus, OH to Miami, Fl with a layover in Atlanta,GA and back. I bought the ticket on Priceline.com and it was really easy to buy. I also got a round-trip ticket for $194 with taxes and fees. I asked around, and everyone seemed to think that that was a really good deal. Once i got to the airport, Delta was easy to find and easy to check in. There were plenty of people there to assist in the check-in process. Since this was my first time flying, the head of security even gave my mom a pass to walk to the gate with me. I thought this was very nice of him considering that they rarely allow anyone but passengers and employees past security. It made my mom feel much more relaxed to know that I got on the plane safely. On the actual flight, the flight attendants went over security measures and were prompt with the snacks. Overall, it was actually pretty relaxing. My layovers were easy and did not last long at all. All of my flights were on time and we actually arrived just a few minutes before schedule every time. They didnt even lose my luggage! The only problem I encountered was that I had to leave from the Colombus AIrport instead of the Dayton Airport, which is closer to my house. That wasn't a big deal though. I will definitely fly with Delta again.
