I have a chronic stuffy nose and am always on the look out of solutions to better help me breathe. That is what lead me to Breathe Right Nasal Strips. They come in a box of 30 strips in regular or large sized strips. I opted for the large size.
The main problem with the strips is that the adhesive that is supposed to stick to your nose, sometimes comes loose from your skin, thus making it completly ineffective.
When it does stay applied, I would say it helps my breathing 10%. This is not a significant benefit for me. I have used this product mainly at night. i do not use them on a regular basis because I do not see that great of a benefit.
I hear that these work for many people, but I am not one of those people.

I've been tempted to try these, but I think I'll steer clear for now. Thanks for the great info!
The adhesive works a lot better if you get it on correctly on the first try. If you peel it off and try to re-adhese, it just won't stick any more. For a long term solution to your chronic stuffy nose, I highly recommend acupuncture!
I tried these for a stuffy nose too and had the exact same experience. I think a roll of duct tape would have been much more effective. ;-) Since then, I found that drinking a lot of water clears up my stuffy nose really well and it's free! (And I don't have to stick it to my face!)
DH uses these for snoring sometimes, I wish more often.
Interesting... they have helped my husband breathe at night a whole lot!
My husband has this same problem. I have wanted to try these but have heard from several people that they don't work great. Thanks for sharing your experience!
I snore, sometimes quite loud! I've found that the breathe right strips help me not to snore as much or as loud. Or at least, I think so, since I only have my husband's words to go by, lol!
