Last Christmas I got the best gift ever when my husband gave me a Breville Cafe Roma Espresso Machine. I'm a HUGE latte lover and this machine makes it so easy to create wonderful "professional" style coffee drinks. The unique doubled walled filter basket makes the creamiest crema and the movable steam wand makes it so easy to create the perfect frothed milk for your favorite cappuccino.

The only issues I have had with this machine were 1.) the metal espresso cups vibrate out of place when the pump is on. However, that was easily fixed with a small square of shelf liner or non-slip rug pad. So now it's really a non-issue. 2.) The filter got clogged, but Breville's customer service tech was awesome. He walked me through the cleaning process over the phone and all was well.

If you are a serious coffee/cappuccino/espresso drinker, this machine is a great buy. The lower priced ones we used in the past didn't offer as good a finished coffee product and usually quit working with any real use. I give this product two thumbs up. I'd give it three, but then I'd have to borrow someone else's hand. ~kate
