When I started looking for a wedding dress I knew I didn't want anything too fru-fru, big and poofy, or expensive. I was looking for something that fit my body through the torso and nicely flowed away from the the body at the bottom. I also had to find something that would support a slightly larger chest without showing too much of "the girls"!
This dress was perfect! As soon as I put it on I loved it. Even my parents said it was just my style! I had to get it fitted and tailored quite a bit to fit just right, but even with all the tailoring it still was perfect. They had to put a few extra darts in the torso to bring it in and keep the design right, but it was still beautiful.
This dress is covered in stitched design and sequence throughout the torso. The dress comes up to about underarm height in the front and dips to a bit below mid-back in the back. It has a double spaghetti string on each side for support. The straps come together in the back and are held together with a beautiful clip in the shape of a butterfly with jeweled dangling tails. This was one my of favorite parts of the dress! The strap then separate again to attach to the back of the dress.
The design stops at the waist and flows into a smooth satin bottom. I wanted a plain bottom that didn't poof away fro the body or that was covered in lace, so this dress was perfect. Is has ties on the inside of the dress so when you bunch the dress up for the reception it looks like the bottom of the dress cascades, one layer on top of the other.
It is very comfortable and at the end of the night I didn't want to take it off! What a great dress...at a great price!

What a beautiful dress, I love the train and the straps on the back. I totally understand about the "girls" I have that same problem too with clothes.
