Bridge to Terabithia was quite a surprise. I give it a 3 because it was totally not what I expected and thought it was just an average movie. I really thought this was going to be a great adventure/fantasy movie like Chronicles of Narnia, but it wasn't.

Leslie moves to a new school (again) and doesn't really fit in. She races Jesse and beats him. They live next to each other and become best friends. They find a rope that crosses over a trench or some type of hole and goes into the woods. Every time they take this rope, they are going into Terabithia, which is a place in their imagination. They find a treehouse and Leslie teaches Jesse to open his mind up to imagination and "see" Terabithia. They are the rulers and there are creatures and giants there.

This was not a great adventure, everything was pretend, just their imagination. What this was, was a film about friendship. It had a very sad ending.
