Bridger Bowl Mountain Montana Skiing! By Chenault on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Several years ago I went to Montana. I had never been skiing before but I wanted to try it, so my boyfriend took me to the Bridger Bowl Ski Resort in Bozeman Montana.

We paid around forty dollars each for lift tickets for the full day, and I had a skiing lesson. I cannot remember how much that cost. I rented equipment for something like $20 to $25 for the day.

I had a great time skiing at the Bridger Bowl! This is a non profit community ski area, so the prices are very reasonable. While in the area you can rent cottages or condos for lodging or stay in Bozeman.

The Bridger Bowl Ski Resort has three cafeterias and a bar.

The elevation is around 8,000 feet with over 2,000 skiable acres. The vertical rise is around 2,700 feet and there are over 70 trails for skiers of all skill levels and the area gets fro 300 to 400 inches of snow each season.

I will never forget my first ski trip, and I hope to someday make it back to The bridger Bowl!
