This color laser printer was purchased as a back up to my company's main color printer. It has quickly become a favorite for my high quantity print jobs. The best feature was the outright purchase price. Incredibly reasonable at under $500 for not only a laser printer, but a COLOR laser printer. The quality has been superior compared to what I expected for the price. Toner replacement cost has been reasonable, providing us with a cost of about $0.10 per page in color. While other color laser printers may provide a slightly lower printing cost, you will pay much more upfront.

The only downsides I can see to this printer are that it has a rather lengthy cold start-up time (when in "rest" mode, the time it takes from hitting print on your computer to the time you get your 1st page) and it is rather noisy when it is warming up. It is also rather picky when printing heavier stock paper. If you don't "tell" the printer you are using heavier paper, it will jam.
