Brother Intellifax 2800
By donnabc onI don't personally own this fax, but it IS the fax that we use where I work.Over the years, I've used quite a few of faxes and I have to say that this one is one of the best I've used.
We send and receive quite a bit of faxes during a work day and I can honestly stay that in the two years I have worked there, this fax has never had a jam!It has some pretty great features too.First it can hold 8 pre-programed numbers.If the number is busy when you dial, this fax will hold your fax in memory and keep re-dialing (although I'm not sure how many times).It prints out a status for each fax request too so you will know if your fax went through.And if the copier is tied up, no problem....just use the copy option on this fax!
My favorite feature of this fax is that it uses REAL paper, not that roll stuff that fades with age.And it is really quick too.I've used some faxes that you could grow old waiting for your fax to go through, this one takes only a few seconds a page.
Small office fax machines are notoriously poor, so it's nice so hear about one that seems to be pretty good.
