I must admit when I heard the word "brushless" being used to describe mascara.....I was very hesitant. I have used just about every brand out there, so I thought why not try this one. The packaging is great, when it arrived not only did it have instructions on usage, but an additional catalog of other BareEscentual products. The first thing I noticed was that when I opened it for application, there was no smell. Yeah!!!!! The great thing was that on the first stroke of my lashes I noticed a really big difference. I was still amazed how being brushless could even work. The more I applied, the better the result. No clumping. no flaking either. When I was finished the overall look was worth the money!!!!!! To remove I just used my standard makeup remover. One small negative....the wand could be just a little shorter.
