I am very into taking care of myself and part of that process includes taking a Calcium supplement. At the suggestion of my doctor, I bought Caltrate Calcium supplement. I chose to buy the chewable kind that has Calcium and Vitamin D in it. In this particular bottle, you get 90 chewab;e wafers and there is 3 flavors in this bottle: orange, cherry, and fruit punch. You only have to take one of these wafers per day to get 600mg of calcium (60% of your recommended daily intake) and 400IU of Vitamin D (100% of your recommended daily inteke). For the price, this supplement is a really good product. The wafers are easy to take. One downfall is that sometimes I feel as though the wafers leave an aftertaste in my mouth. This supplement is great for building bones and ensuring colon health!!
