I think this is a great invention. If your child can hold his or her head up then this is great for them. It supports their back and holds them upright. I like that the baby can sit in it and I can sit in front of the baby on the floor and really engage them because you have both of your hands free. Of course you should never put this seat on a table or in a car. It is very soft. It feels like Nerf. It is squooshy! IT comes in many colors. I have a pink one. It is also very easy to take this chair anywhere. It is small so you can just throw it in your trunk and go. The seat is molded to fit a small child perfectly. The spots for their legs are also very secure without having to strap them in. There are no straps on this seat as none are needed. Overall I think this is worth the money and it works really well.
