Burlington Bassinet With Bedding And Storage By eclecticbird on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

When I was nine months pregnant I decided I had to have a bassinet even though I already had a crib. I'm not sure what came over me but suddenly I couldn't stand the thought of my tiny baby in that great big crib so off I went looking for a bassinet. I decided I shouldn't get too crazy and buy something expensive because, after all, he did have a crib and the bassinet would only be temporary. Then I found this Burllington bassinet. I decided it would be perfect because it comes with everything you need to make it cute for a boy or a girl (it has both the pink and blue accent pieces).

In addition to being absolutely precious it also has wheels on the bottom so you can roll it around or you can flip the wheels and it rocks. My son sleeps like a champ in it (except on those very fussy nights).

It was very easy to put together. Even at nine months pregnant it only took me about half an hour to complete.

Even though this doesn't have all the bells and whistles I've seen on many bassinets it is a good basic bassinet that I intend to use for my next child as well.
